1.Ammonia-soda process (Solvay process)

Use brine or crude salt, limestone as raw materials, after going through a series sections like brine purification, limestone calcination, carbonization, separation, rectification and so on, producing industrial grade sodium carbonate Na2CO3>99.5%. 2.Combined-soda process (Hou’s process)

Use crude salt and limestone as raw materials, after going through a series sections like brine purification, limestone calcination, carbonization, separation, salting out and so on, producing industrial grade sodium carbonate (NaCO3>99.5%), meanwhile producing industrial grade ammonium chloride (NH4CL>99.5%), which is the matched device with synthesis ammonia, realizing the diversification of product, avoiding the emission of solid pollutant. This device has high degree of automation, save energy, runs safely and steady.


Traits
