Characteristics: colorless or white crystal, particle or powder. Odorless. Bitter taste. Hard quality. Stable in air. 1g is soluble in 8.3ml water, 4ml boiling water and insoluble in ethanol. Ammonium sulfate can increase its solubility in water, but it is almost insoluble in saturated solution of ammonium sulfate. The aqueous solution is neutral with a pH of about 7. The relative density is 2.66. Melting point 1067 ℃.
Application:
1. Applicable to all crops and fruit industry.
2. It can be used as a raw material for compound fertilizer production;
3. Used as medicine (releasing agent), and used in alum, glass and potassium carbonate.
