(1) The lack of high quality talents limits the development of enterprises

The daily chemical machinery industry is a system engineering integrating product research and development, system design, equipment manufacturing, installation and debugging, and maintenance services. It is a comprehensive industry involving multi disciplines and cross fields. Enterprises in this industry need a large number of high-quality and high skilled composite professionals who master system design ability, mechanical system design, electrical automation control system design, etc, A large number of R & D and design personnel, installation and debugging personnel, market development personnel and after-sales service personnel are required to form a team to cooperate with each other to ensure the advancement of product technology and market applicability. Some key positions also need skilled technical workers with rich experience, high efficiency and know-how of operation, especially the non-standard products with high degree of customization require higher assembly skills of technical workers. The operation skills and assembly know-how of the installation and debugging personnel are one of the important factors to ensure the stability of product performance and high operation efficiency. At present, the lack of skilled workers, senior R & D and design personnel and senior management personnel in China's daily chemical industry and packaging industry still leads to a certain gap between the production efficiency and the international leading level. The transformation of drawings, industrial design, quality assurance and other aspects still need to be further improved and improved, and professional training needs to be strengthened.

(2) Some technologies and supporting parts are still dependent on foreign imports

At present, China cannot independently manufacture some related supporting products, such as pneumatic components, reducer and other components and key control technologies, which still need to be provided by foreign manufacturers. This aspect will become the restricting factor for the overall improvement of the technological level of enterprises, and then affect the competitiveness of domestic enterprises in the international market.
