Decontamination

As a kind of detergent, detergent should consider its detergency. Decontamination performance includes primary decontamination and secondary decontamination. The first decontamination refers to the whiteness and bleaching of fabrics after washing, and the detergency of detergents on dirt and fat; the second decontamination refers to the brightness maintenance of fabrics after the second washing, that is, the formula must have the ability to prevent dirt deposition and modify the surface color of fabrics. If the detergent has poor ability of secondary decontamination, the fabric will be hardened and rough after washing due to dirt, which will reduce the service life of the fabric, and the surface of the fabric will become dull due to ash.

Primary decontamination

There are three ways to improve the detergency, including the combination of anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant, the introduction of enzyme in the formula and the addition of detergent aids.

The main decontamination agent is surfactant. The combination of anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant can improve the stability of the formula at low temperature and improve the decontamination ability. For example, fatty acid soap, AOS, Las, AES and AEO are compounded. AES and Las have better ability to remove particle dirt and dust dirt, and AES has better hard water resistance, which can make up for the hard water resistance of LAS, and AEO has better degreasing performance.
